About you

• You are a resilient individual who enjoys the challenge of developing strong relationships and actively contribute to growth of clients and the team
• You want to work towards a pathway where you aren’t doing the same thing day in day out for 5 years.
• You are passionate about helping people move better and feel great, and believe you can make a difference
• You are passionate about finding and helping your ideal clients.
• You would love to work hard to earn roster flexibility and a 2.5-3 day weekend.
• You have a proven track record of building and sustaining caseloads and go above and beyond to deliver 5 start experiences to clients to give them the best chance to achieve their goals.
• You are a problem solver, confident, and motivated
• You have experience in all aspects of physiotherapy, and a thirst for lifelong learning, growth and genuine care for people
• You have a current Physiotherapy degree and AHPRA registration.​

The role requirements

• A client experienced and client outcome focused physiotherapist with interest in musculoskeletal injuries, sport injuries, acute and chronic pain conditions. Once established we would love to help you work on defining and attracting an ideal client or specialty area.
• Independently managing patients (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, planning and bookings)
• Communication with relevant parties (GPs, specialists, work cover, insurance companies)
• Contributing to a team and sharing knowledge and experience.
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
